What BPOs are demanding from new government on domestic market?
Business Process Outsourcing are facing lot facing of challenges in domestic market. 
Challenges to cut the cost, managing the resources and to increase the revenue. To overcome the troubles and to elevate the business in domestic market, business process outsourcing companies will present the wishlist to the new government .
“Among the list on their agenda are grants to compensate BPO for training and jobs they offer in tier-II and -III towns and also subsidized rates for electricity and land.”
As, there is no dollar arbitrage, Indian BPO are earning and investing both in Indian rupee, result in tough situation for firms to focused on domestic market although Indian telecom are trying their level best to push down the process.
Major Issues and demand OF BPOs
BPSs are facing the burden of training agents from small town.
Need Government aid to facilitate the training of staff from Tier II & III town.
Need Subsidized rates for electricity & land rates.
Subsidiary for using diesel generator during power cut.
Linkage of minimum wages of smaller town to the cost-of-living rather than linking to the labor law.
These measure, if implemented , will help business outsourcing process to expand locally and to make wages more affordable.In words of Surish Kumar CEO Serco Global services, ” we need the government to enable the domestic BPOs not only by building infrastructure in Tier -II and Tier-III town but also by giving tax sops in non metro location.
A report publish in Economic Times says” Domestic BPO market- the industry body prefers the acronym BPM, Business Process Management-grew by about 12% to Rs 19,600 cross in fiscal 2014 , including exports, the industry size is estimated at over 1.2 lakh crore, but competition is rising fast. Last year the annual Economic survey cities Nasscom say that BPO industry has a lost of 10 % share of the global market in the past five year to country like Philippine & China.
The Ultimate goal of Business process outsourcing is not just to help the industry but also to help the development of emerging town, Nasscom vice president KS Viswanathan said.
